Our new The Edge feature  is called Wager Against the Machine. The Machine being Betfair and the Wager set to be based on translating reader opinion into decimal prices to spot the value in the Betfair market. We believe our readers are better informed than the majority of punters and that should be telling when we come to pricing the race up.

Simply vote for the horse you think will win the race. Then half an hour before the race we’ll quickly translate the percentages into decimal odds so that we can then compare them to the Betfair market and see if we can find some value. Fingers crossed.
